My fiance refuses to see a doctor but lately he\'s had a hard time falling asleep. What are some natural remedies to help him fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer? He also refuses to take sleep aids. Thank you!

There are many options for sleep, but finding the right one will depend on why he is having issues with sleep in the first place - is it stress, anxiety, poor sleep hygiene, poor production of melatonin, pain/discomfort, etc. Sleepy-time teas can be great for a quick fix but will not lead to long term improvement - also note that some of the herbs present in these teas may interact with some medications. It is always best to consult a healthcare provider, such as your MD or a Naturopathic Doctor
Insomnia ( includes difficulty falling asleep can be due to a number of reasons-- often it could be stress related, or there might be chronic pain keeping him awake.
